3. User Accounts

If you create an account, you are responsible for:

• Keeping your login credentials secure
• Activities that happen under your account
• Providing accurate billing and profile details
• Promptly reporting unauthorized access

4. Intellectual Property Rights

Generated designs: you retain rights to your own prompts and outputs, subject to the license and payment tier attached to your account at the time of generation.

Platform content: the Inkforge brand, interface, copy, software, and non-user content remain owned by Inkforge and its licensors.

5. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the service to:

• Generate unlawful, hateful, or abusive content
• Infringe third-party intellectual property rights
• Scrape, overload, or reverse-engineer the platform
• Misrepresent generated work as tattoo-safe without professional review
• Exploit the service for fraud or other harmful behavior

6. Payment and Subscriptions

Pricing and plan limits are shown on the pricing page. Subscription plans renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing cycle. One-time purchases are generally non-refundable once credits or downloads have been used.

7. Content Guidelines

We may restrict or remove content that violates our policies, applicable law, or the rights of others.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is." We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, perfect output quality, or tattoo suitability without review by a licensed artist.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Inkforge will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated, if payment fails, or if use of the service creates operational or legal risk.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
